Standard Charges

£47.50             Tenancy Agreement – Please note the standard price is £95.00 the landlord will pay the other half.

£75.00             Tenant Check – Reference Check

£95.00             Admin Charge – Charges for the complete administration of the letting

£ TBD              1 Months’ Rent In Advance - (Holding Fee) Standard throughout the UK when you let any property

£ TBD              1 Months’ Deposit - Standard throughout the UK when you let any property

Other Charges depending on landlords Criteria
